The induction hob works by creating an electromagnetic field induced in the vessel which, by heating up, cooks the food inside it.
The temperature of the appliance is much lower with respect to the classical plates thus reducing the risk of burns and scalds.
Very easy to use, the device automatically recognizes the presence of the container.
The lower temperature of the cooking hob makes it much easier to clean because the food residues do not burn and therefore no crusts form.
