This page describes the methods used to manage the site regarding the processing of personal data of the users who consult it.
This is information provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Leg. Dec. no. 196/2003 - Personal Data Protection Code for those users who interact with the company’s web services, telematic access starting from the address of the home page of the official website.
This information is given only for this site and not for any other websites that may be consulted by the user via links.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data, grouped by art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC adopted on 17 May 2001 adopted on May 17, 2001 to determine some minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data, and, in particular, methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers must give the users when they connect to Web pages, independently of the purposes of such connection.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Data processing related to the services on this website takes place at the above premises and is only handled by technical personnel of the office in charge of processing, or by technicians responsible for occasional maintenance.
No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.
The personal data provided by users who request the sending of informative material (bulletins, CD-ROMs, catalogues, price lists, answers to queries, various documents, etc.) are used only to perform the service or provision requested.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated to identified interested parties, but by its very nature could allow users to be identified, by means of processing and association with data held by third parties.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers of users who access the site, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (done, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted approximately one month after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: apart from this eventuality, data on web contacts are not retained for more than one month, approximately.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site implies the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data inserted in the communication.

COOKIES
No personal data of the users is acquired by the site.
No use is made of cookies that transmit information of a personal nature, nor persistent cookies of any kind, or systems for tracking users.
The use of session cookies (which are not stored long-term on the user’s computer and vanish with the closure of the browser) is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The session cookies used on this site avoid recourse to other IT techniques potentially prejudicial to the confidentiality of user navigation and do not allow the acquisition of personal data identifying the user.
OPTIONAL PROVISION OF DATA
Apart from what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data or not.
A lack of conferment may obviously imply the impossibility to obtain whatever is required.
PROCESSING METHOD
The personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
The subjects to whom the personal data refers have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of said data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its supplementation, updating, or modification (see Art. 7 7 of Leg.Dec. no. 196/2003).
Pursuant to the same article, everyone has the right to request the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or freezing of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case to oppose to their processing, for legitimate reasons.

The following list of Data Supervisors, is published pursuant to Art. 13, paragraph 1, letter f of the "Personal Data Protection Code" (Leg. Dec. no. 196/03), to notify all interested parties who is responsible for the processing of personal data carried out by this company.
