Description
They are the ideal solution for hot/cold meal stocking and transport with a heating forced convection system with or without humidification.
By a series of isothermal cycles RMC Trolleys keep hot then temperature of meals during transport or are in the position to regenerate refrigerated meals.
The whole process is natural and manual and above all without any addittion of oils and mantaining the savour and flavour of food.
Meals can be inserted on dish, on pan or on food containers.
This system guarantees to keep meals temperature of 65 °C until delivery.
Extremely easy to clean, maximum safety, reduced consumptions of energy and pratical to use are the main features.
Insulated double-wall construction realized enterly in AISI 304 stainless steel.
The internal thickness is obtained by glass wool ensuring a perfect haet protection.
Equipped with 4 twisting casters diameter 125 mm, 2 with brake.
