Painted aluminum body and wide base for greater stability.
5.5 liter capacity and 18/10 stainless steel (A304) tank complete with handles.
Universal motor with electronic speed variation from 40 to 240 rpm.
(planetary motion), the whip speed can reach 500rpm.
Transparent and removable protection screen that activates the raising and lowering of the tank.
Screen in BPA-free (bisphenol-A) material.
Tank detection device that allows activation of the machine only when the tank is properly installed and positioned together with the safety screen.
Type K accessory socket (accessories on request).
Supplied with 3 tools: whisk, spatula and semi-spiral hook in stainless steel.
