Description
TRS Universal vegetable cutter suitable for different types of cuts.
The parts in contact with food (stainless steel lever, stainless steel hopper, cutting chamber and ejector) are easily removable without tools and dishwasher safe.
Compact design with rounded shapes.
Ergonomic lever designed for both right and left handed operators and constructed to minimize arm and shoulder strain.
The inclined base (20 °) facilitates loading and unloading operations.
Long vegetable hopper (diam.
60mm) integrated into the large hopper (215cm²) in the shape of a 3/4 moon.
The high unloading area allows the use of deeper GN containers (up to 20 cm in height).
Asynchronous industrial motor suitable for intensive use and long life.
Pulse control for an even more precise cut.
Automatic start / stop function that stops the appliance when the hopper lever is raised and restarts it when it is lowered.
Water resistant (IP55) flat control panel with fully enclosed aluminum alloy motor base for complete protection against water jets.
2 speeds (340-680 rpm).
