5.5 liter stainless steel tank suitable for both small and large quantities.
Transparent lid to always check the food during processing and equipped with a hole to allow the addition of any products during processing without having to stop the equipment.
Ergonomic scraper in composite material.
Micro-toothed blades in AISI 420 steel.
The raised tub tube increases the effective capacity of the tub (use up to 75% of the nominal capacity).
Components in contact with food, removable and dishwasher safe.
Safety devices ensure that the machine only operates with the lid closed and when all parts are correctly positioned.
Variable speed machine (from 300 to 3700 rpm) with flat and waterproof control panel equipped with on / off button and impulse control.
Can be converted into a vegetable cutter using a special kit (accessory).
